We can’t get enough of the taste of sweet, juicy figs this summer – and we think we might just have reached peak fig recipe with these insanely cool ice-lollies.
Probably the prettiest and hippest ice-lollies you will lay eyes on this summer, these yoghurt pops with fig, honey and thyme are the ultimate surprise dessert to whip out at the end of a barbecue.
As well as being rather stunning to look at, they taste mighty fine, too – which is not surprising given the cocktail of flavours they pack in.
This high-summer take on the classic flavour combo of figs, natural yoghurt and honey is given an extra kick with the welcome addition of fragrant thyme and sweet, spicy nutmeg and clove.
What you’ll need:
- Greek yoghurt
- Figs, sliced thin
- Thyme, chopped
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of clove
