Did you know that even in the Middle Ages people enjoyed an aperitive before dinner? In fact, these drinks were plant -based, perfect to spark an appetite. We love this age old tradition and added our own special botanical twist to this recipe. 

Elderflower beer

A splash of elderflower cordial brings out the flowery, herby flavour of white beer. Delicious with a fresh sprig of verbena, and it looks great too. You can find the recipe here
