Our 5 favourite botanical Instagrammers in June

The best feeds for plant lovers

This month’s round-up of the best botanical Instagram accounts includes houseplant inspiration for minimalist design lovers, foliage as abstract art and a reclaimed hardware store turned botanical haven.

Plants in Focus (@plantsinfocus)

These close-up, frame-filling shots of lush, green foliage, in every conceivable hue and texture, make for a stunning collection of abstract images. Scrolling through this feed is like taking a virtual walk through a tropical rainforest.

Forage + Sundry (@forage.sundry)

Specialising in plant styling, installation and design, Forage + Sundry is the studio and shop of Tess Palma-Martinez. See the artist at work in her light-filled studio and get inspired by her covetable collection of cool houseplants and funky homewares.

Ivy Muse (@ivymuse_melb)

Australian botanical wares studio Ivy Muse was launched in spring 2014, driven by “a commitment to encourage creativity with greenery”. Its ultra-stylish Instagram feed is certainly enough to inspire creativity. Whitewashed walls and retro wire plant-stands are the perfect foil for its carefully curated plant collections.

Margo Hupert (@margo.hupert.art)

Another contender for minimalist of the month is Margo Hupert with her white walls and crisp white linens. We particularly love the white macramé hanging-planters. Caution: this feed will give you serious home envy.

Conservatory Archives London (@conservatory_archives)

The Conservatory Archives London is a veritable treasure trove of lush botanicals entwined with beautiful vintage and antique furnishings. If you don’t have the opportunity to spend some time getting lost in the East London store, you can at least get lost on its Instagram feed.
